This privacy policy applies to the SecurePosit app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Clients First ITS LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at support@secureposit.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
Children between the ages of 13 and 18 years of age must receive permission from a parent or legal guardian to access this Website or use this Mobile Application. The Service is not directed at, and does not knowingly acquire or receive personal information from, children under the age of 18. If we learn that any user of the Service is under the age of 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete that individual’s personal information and restrict that individual from future access to the Service. Although this Website and Mobile Application is not targeted toward children, we are concerned about the safety and privacy of children who use the Internet. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 without prior verifiable parental consent. Other names, titles, trademarks, service marks, and logos of third parties on the Website from time to time are registered and unregistered marks of those third parties; you may not use these trademarks without prior, written permission from their respective owners. You acknowledge and agree that nothing on the Website or Mobile Application grants, expressly or implicitly, by estoppel or otherwise, any right or license to use the Trademarks or may be construed to mean that Clients First ITS LLC has authority to grant any right or license on behalf of any third-party trademark owner.
